These Terms govern the use of alfabeproyectedou.com and the general terms under which ALFA BE PROJECTED provides its services. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.

This website is operated by ALFA BE PROJECTED OÜ (“ALFA BE PROJECTED”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company (osaühing) registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17330753. 2. Our services
We provide digital marketing services, including strategy, advertising, content, SEO, creative and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are agreed individually in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Consultations & proposals
Initial consultations are provided to understand your needs and propose a way of working. A consultation does not create a binding engagement; work begins only once a proposal or agreement is accepted by both parties.
4. Fees & payment
Fees, payment terms and any third-party advertising budgets are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) is separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver effective marketing, we rely on the client to provide timely access, information, approvals and any materials reasonably required. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials and claims it supplies.
6. Results
We apply professional skill and care and work towards agreed objectives, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific results.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of deliverables are set out in the applicable agreement. Content on this website is owned by or licensed to ALFA BE PROJECTED and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation and notice terms are set out in the applicable agreement. Either party may end an ongoing engagement in accordance with the agreed notice period.
11. Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law.
